Prior to joining XML, Susan served as a Sr. Fiduciary Client Specialist at Truist Wealth, supporting the entire South Carolina footprint. Her career also includes a role as a Wealth Management Client Service Manager at United Bank. Susan’s approach to client relationships mirrors her West Virginia roots: she treats clients like family, always available and dedicated to delivering her best.

She finds immense satisfaction in helping clients navigate their financial goals and challenges. Outside of work, Susan enjoys traveling, following sports, and cherishing moments with her family and friends. She is married to her husband Stan, and together they have three children and four grandchildren.
