Education

Beth began her career in 1994 as a technical analyst for Smith Barney. On the institutional side, she gained in-depth knowledge working with pension plans by analyzing and preparing quarterly monitors for local institutional clients. She then transitioned into the retail side of the industry and began to develop long-term relationships with individuals, local institutions and business owners. In 1997, Beth began managing reserve accounts for property management businesses. Recognizing the growing need for common interest property reserve fund management, Beth focused her efforts on cultivating relationships within the Community Association industry and growing her expertise in that unique field. She built upon this new effort and is now a cash management investment advisor for numerous organizations. Today, Beth proactively services over 100 client relationships. Cash management accounts range from $1 million to $20 million and individual investor accounts begin at $500,000. She works closely with her clients, including individual investors, board members, property managers and directors, to consolidate their assets, and she advises them in strategies to effectively leverage investments and maximize yield to address their individual goals. Beth is a graduate of Towson State University. She was a member of the Community Association Institute and formerly held the positions of Member Services Council Chair in 2004 and Outreach Committee Chair in 2010. She currently has the FINRA series 7, series 63 and series 65 licenses.
